The Platinum Perspective
Working in partnership with Anglo American, we created a short documentary-style film to showcase the power of platinum. A vital resource with applications ranging from hydrogen-fueled vehicles to sustainable computing, platinum plays a crucial role in building a cleaner future. However, research showed that key stakeholders—including investors and government officials—weren’t fully aware of its impact.
To change that, we told the story through the eyes of Bohlale, an Anglo American employee. Following him on a journey through the South African countryside, we captured his reflections on platinum’s significance in his life, career, and the world around him.
We brought this story to life with cinematic visuals, a thoughtful voiceover, and subtle branded graphics to reinforce key information. The film was designed for multiple platforms, including YouTube, LinkedIn, investor presentations, and industry events like Mining Indaba. A shorter cut was also created for social media.
