A DSP’s Journey with Amazon
Working with Amazon, we created a short film to inspire and support Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). As vital links in Amazon’s last-mile delivery chain, DSPs play a crucial role in the customer experience. To celebrate their success and share best practices, Amazon hosts its Ignite digital community, bringing them together to learn and grow.
As part of this initiative, Amazon asked us to tell the story of Fred, a DSP leader with an inspiring journey. The challenge was to balance personal storytelling with commercial insight, making the film both relatable and actionable for other DSPs.
We achieved this through an intimate, direct-to-camera interview using the Eyedirect system, creating a personal connection with the audience. Fred’s photography helped illustrate his business growth, while footage of his work and home life brought his success to life in an emotionally engaging way.
